a 100 thou shares is more value going to a penny than a 1000 shares.

100 thou pennies is a bit more than 1000 pennies.

he is wiping out any leverage value folks that accumulated have.

even though the monetary value is the same you will realize less gains....

What are you talking about? The pps would now have to be $.50 for me to break even. It probably doesnt matter for new investors, but for existing shareholders this is stick up the u know what.

Another thought. In my past experiences the RS was used to increase the Market Capitalization to qualify for entry on to another stock exchange. In our case there is the opposite action happening to our stock with todays trading.

I suspect it is a misguided judgment to sell, but to each his own.

Any other ideas that might make sense as to how this hurt any shareholders other than the leverage of number of shares vs price movement would be welcome.
