Had to check the map make sure it was high ground. People along the Fox river are catching hell. Went over it twice today all you could see was the posts for the pier's the rest was under water !
Yes I think will be happy just need some patience. Actually the quiet period is not that bad gives you chance to add. Once they (pardon the pun) open the flood gates these prices are history. IMO
