I've got a cold coming on, I'm achey and grumpy and I've kept away from my computer pretty much all day. A Summer cold is bad enough but a Summer cold in Florida is the pits. Maybe I should wait until I feel more on top of my game but I feel a post coming on.
Here's a short list of my opinions and, while I may feel it represents factual information or claims, there are no links to easily follow to prove anything so these are simply opinions. Plus, since proving things exist is easy and don't exist is impossible, I would have to prove negatives and I won't play in that yard.
The thing to remember is that none of what's here changes JR's process, yield or value. What it might change is the timeline. So, based on a ton of input and a ton of time, here's a short summary of what I see:
1. There are no JR Process reactors in Houston.
2. The process output (JRJuice) is not EPA registered and cannot be commercially sold.
3. The reactors have not been permitted in MS or TX to operate commercially at all (clean air permits).
4. The fuel GeoBio bought wasn't produced by USSE, SSTP or AgriMax -- he actually said this but it's been deleted here. He gave the name of the manufacturer or blender, whichever. He probably believes the ingredients were homegrown, however.
None of the permits for any of the above have been applied for according to the web sites of MDEQ and TCEQ. The EPA applications aren't available to the public that I can find. All the above involves permitting and all that involves time none of it is anything more than that.
All are invited to attack my opinions -- that's what they're there for. I'll be more than happy to change any or all of them.
