OK, they are in a process of reducing liabilities. They will be announcing something very shortly he told me. he was very tight lipped. But I think we have a merger in the works. He told me that he is in current discussion with several 'Prospects" for a deal, but cannot complete that until the Liabilities are wiped out. He said to look on last filing and they wiped out 2.5 mil already which is what I pointed out to you. he says they are currently working on the remainder and announcements will be coming "very shortly". I asked how shortly, he said cannot disclose that due to SEC regulations. Nice guy.
