yes I meant using the additive would give a fuel that would comply with some environmental hurdles and thus a credit.

From the PR of 17 July- I couldnt tell if JR is taking about his magic catalyst that he puts in the process, or he is talking about a product from his process which then he uses as a catalyst to get better blending between ethanol and other stuff
