Come on! You have seen the forest preserves, these guys care about the environment. They are simply recycling! Rather than letting all that good paper go to waste they are reusing it which leads to reduction in the amount of shares that need to be printed. Recovery is then facilitated as new sheep are sucked in to be sheared of their shares.

Its all about the 4 R's!
