It will be interesting to find out the "real" truth of the matter. The information given to me was that 100 million preferred were issued that carry voting rights at 10 votes per share. The information came from Jens Dalsgaard who got it from JR.
I continue to try to get word from the TA, Mr. Bogutski but have not had any success in getting any share structure report at all. This hasn't happened before and the TA has always been very responsive. The first response this time did say he would be out of the office this week, however.
