Pergamon, my experience tells me this stock is going lower and soon. No investor I have met can find anything good in funding your company with convertible debentures. as long as this is the way this company attempts to do their business this stock will continue to move in one direction, down. If revenue is all that matters and no emphasis is involved in watching costs or expenses this cycle will continue. Right now level 2 indicates 2 MM's on the bid and 3 on the ask. .02 cents is coming.
I definitely agree with you--I think Innova has a decent shot. I'm also very concerned about the financing. I have no doubt that's putting a lot of pressure on the stock. I don't think this is a slam dunk but it seems to have good potential.
