I am curious why Fred would put this information in the public domain prior to a press release.

I am also curious why the stock price isnt heading up if it were true.

No I did not know that. How would I know that? I am a lowly shareholder who knows only what they tell and they have not said anything about state funded plants. What I do know is they are changing their name and they are on pace to issue around 12,000,000 shares this year. This is what the company says and that's all that matters. For years I have been hearing that something big will happen tomorrow, next week or in 2 weeks. For years NOTHING has happened. I will believe it when and only when I see it from the company.

Looks like more selling today which suggests you are buying. With all the buying you have done through the years it would seem like you should be a 10% owner by now.

At the end of your post you say, you will buy my share if I have any? Ah, so after all these years you are now insinuating that I am a basher here to hammer the stock. If I have any? Are you mental?
