I'm just not getting it. First you say the don't have an office but now you say that they do have an office but it has a backdoor to where all of this stock goes to UBS Financial Services to unload...and MT does all of this unloading...but he's in Panama. Does he virtually unload this stock or does he just do it when he's in town?
Did you drop in like you said you might and find all this stuff out?
