Is this a fact or or your opinion? If it is a fact, what could you testify to? Did YOU have any interaction with her? Did she cause YOU harm? Was she acting alone or was she following orders? Does she have a criminal record? What would she be charged with?
If, in fact her actions are not deemed CRIMINAL your statement would be LIBELOUS in nature, IMO.
