Need Blending Permits

Why would Kelmer Smith be directed to work on permits if this is the attitude of the CEO?

I am not in the business, and not an expert, but it sure looks like USSE/SSTP needs Blending Permits. That is what is stopping them from Blending in both Houston and Natchez. They have already been Producing in Natchez. Non-Toxic, No Permits Needed.

This last sentence should really hit the point home of why we, the United States and the World needs environmentally safe, "Green" Fuels.
