aeromac,

Great observations and I think that your assessment of Dejour was very accurate. I never believed that we would see the price vaporize down to such a low level. I too had used up most of my powder before the landslide.

I also have to believe that some hedge funds took profits with Dejour to cover calls in other investments. It would probably be hard to determine, but I concluded this after seeing all my stocks, except one, behave that way last week.

Basically by last Thursday I saw all of my profits of two years wiped out until Friday's rebound.

But I'm not the least bit worried about my energy holdings. In fact, you might want to listen to the following interview of Matt Simmons, author of Twilight In The Desert, by Jim Puplava at the following link:

http://www.financialsense.com/Experts/2007/Simmons.html

This has all of Simmons interviews by Puplava and are worthy of review.

I attended the World Energy Conference at Boston University last October and Simmons was one of the guest speakers. This man has attained a "rock star status" among believers in Peak Oil. Anything about energy that deals with statistics will be analyzed by Simmons.

I'm 99% sure that we are in the zone of Peak Oil. If true,
even those who bought Dejour in the mid $2's will still see great potential with this company.

On days like last week, I spend most of my time in the garden.

good luck,

sumisu
