I don't remember AmSpec saying USSE's bio-oil was the "supreme best additive." Did they give any reason whatsoever for saying so? Did they say how it was better than other additives?

The only thing USSE PR'd was that AmSpec tested the blend (generally accepted to be OD-66 with only 1% USSE bio-oil) and gave the results of that testing.
