Spunky, why were you planning to sue Lanza? Because you believe that he has done something illegal? I don't know what other reason you would have.

You might want to be careful Spunky. You have been making threats against me to promote a company that you presumably believe to be guilty of fraud. That's a tough position to defend.

Now, if you can show me some evidence that the person you want to sue, and "...break his back financially..." is not running BD, that would be appreciated.

Spunky, regarding the question of DD, I have done some. So did Badrguy. Remember him? Please read his post below. Just like you, he believes there is something wrong with BD. Spunky, how is your lawsuit going against Lanza going?

Badrguy write:

"Let me tell you something about myself. I don't know what your background is, but my background is a degree in Finance from an Ivy League school. My first job was as a Financial Analyst for a Fortune 100 Company in St. Louis (now Federated Dept Stores). I was transfered to Los Angeles and became Vice President. Then worked as a VP for the second largest bank in California (Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco). Later, I took a job as a Director at the Federal Reserve Bank of SF. Today, I am financially independent and live off my investments in Western Europe (you may have noticed the odd hours that I post). I know a thing or two about due diligence, accounting and finance. I was in NY on business when i met RM there. Now I am done with my DD. Result? BDGR is corrupt."

Amen!
