I dont know, but something about Barite mining etc, and the need for waste recovery (recovery and recycle of "uncategorized materials") just makes sense to me. :)

Bullcents- can you connect the stories. WRII, Barite and ONMC. How does ONMC fit into the WRII piece. Why do they need OMNC if they are already a shell and ONMC is a shell. Help me out here as I am slow.

ONMC is the shell that is being utilized for the Barite company and assets.

WRII is a completely different shell that can be used for other purposes, it is not connected in any way, shape, or form to this transaction.

The fact that that same man is the signing officer on two different Form 15's is not relevant to this ONMC-Barite reverse merger.

WRII is a seperate entity.
