Global Matrechs (GBMR) is licensing EKOR (Nucap) and HPINU from Eurotech Ltd (EUOT). Eurotech owns the technology. NNRF (NNRF) has a sublicense from GBMR.
Dow Corning is a contract manufacturer of Nucap for GBMR.
EKOR was applied at the Chernobyl site in 2000. All of the "Nucap" pictures you see on the Globbal Matrechs and NNRF websites are really pictures of the original application of EKOR.
If GBMR implodes under the weight of it's own outstanding shares, EUOT will still own the technology. They could just license it directly to NNRF, or Dow Corning.
Although Dow Corning makes it's own products that compete with Nucap.
All this is readily availible in the SEC filings. Though alot of information that was previuosly not disclosed is now available in the recent NNRF filings.
