This is currently true, though as I said, those rights are licensed comes FROM Eurotech. That license can be revoked under certain circumstances. It's already been in the courtroom and Eurotech prevailed.
In fact it looked like Eurotech was ready to pull the rug out from under GBMR until that "First Commercial Sale" of nucap gave them a toehold.
That sale was 1 gallon of Nucap for $125.00, btw.
So NNRF is safe if they chose to use EKOR/NUCAP as Eurotech will be there for a very, very, long time even if GBMR isn't.
