Thanks Realest, I did not know that Three Sixty Inc. was located in NY..... Oh thats right they are not....But IBAC was and that shell was purchased by Three Sixty Inc. and I am sure that I heard somewhere that all debt is the responsibility of the seller of the shell, in this case.
It is a shame that anyone can try to sue everyone and anyone they choose. Do you also find people guilty before a trial? You don't have to answer, I think I know. DD but be honest, stop leaving out details and if you are unsure ask maybe someone will be able to educate you a little. No offense
