Informing someone of potential problems with the company is as justifiable as informing them of potential success. We can't say for certain that 360 will not survive and go on to do great things. But we can't say they will be here in a year either.
Just a rule of thumb, exchange listed companies are for investing. Pinksheet companies are for buying and selling. If you aren't sure about what you are doing, pinks are no place to learn.
