Hello Photog, I got a similar email and what I found odd was his email adress... @yahoo? Unusual for a CEO. Anyway, in the due diligence phase, doesn't it mean that they are still in the early phase or would they be in a phase where they would be revising if everything is good? Have a nice day.

Guess that depends on where or when you call the end??? NO BID??? Sandy could very easily release information not related to the "buy-out" that would/could have a major impact on share price......how about an update on the share buy-back numbers or even better yet include the share count information in the same release.....

The fact that these numbers have not been updated....suggests that they are not favorable numbers at all! IMO...and sneaking suspicion that is!

and while we are at it, since when is an un-confirmed e-mail posting containing little information other than hold your hat over your buttocks considered DD??? Please...a lack of any information what-so-ever is not to be confused with due diligence!

Photog no disrespect to you I think you do a great job on these boards but Sandys response to you or any of us this time and on many other previous occasions is unacceptable and irresponsible as an owner of OUR company. Thats right we are shareholders and thus have a vested interest and the right to information as to staus and progress. The fact that you were suprised that he even responded to you speaks volumes as to how we are used to being treated. Sandys lack of respect for his ibvestors basically is the best indicator as to how this stock will perform. To state that he is keeping silent to protect us is a farce. I have been in this for over two years now nad have seen many people come and go on this board all with dreams of vast riches only to be jaded by poor performance and blatanly rude responses from Sandy

Sandy looks out for number one if we somehow get to nibble on any scraps he leaves behind when this is all over so be it but they will be few and far between.

Not meaning to rant and not bashing just a pi#@ed investor reading the same thing over and over and over.

Hey Photog I wonder if Loretta got to Sandy which prompted his response to you? Did she respond back to you? Just speculating but that kind of news seems to be very valuable to Sandy and could have some enormous impact on WHATEVER he's trying to do. what do you think?
