Guess that depends on where or when you call the end??? NO BID??? Sandy could very easily release information not related to the "buy-out" that would/could have a major impact on share price......how about an update on the share buy-back numbers or even better yet include the share count information in the same release.....

The fact that these numbers have not been updated....suggests that they are not favorable numbers at all! IMO...and sneaking suspicion that is!

and while we are at it, since when is an un-confirmed e-mail posting containing little information other than hold your hat over your buttocks considered DD??? Please...a lack of any information what-so-ever is not to be confused with due diligence!
