SSTP was created from and by USSE. USSE shareholders "paid" for whatever SSTP is worth, because SSTP was subtracted from USSE's assets. I wouldn't blame "them" (USSE stockholders) for wanting it back, as they were promised in that dividend debacle.

It all just gets stranger and stranger.

Who's "they?"
