Fairwayiron always makes it ugly while trying to say we're in a beauty contest.

The stock holders should be "holding". Eventually USSE and SSTP will come out of it. However, ...........(pause for another cool one...........)....

1. They need to step up and develop marketing and distribution. I know GeoBioFuels is a test market so they can optimize the fuel in a process of continual development. But there are other markets. For example, starting in Natchez, MS or going over to Houston, TX. I mean what would I know in California where the Los Angeles Port authority is going Green in every way they can at maximum push and priority. Even the railroad engines have been modified to burn cleaner and emit less particulants from their diesels. USSE needs to get a move on Hoss!

2. Whether SSTP and USSE remains two separate companies or not, they need to really push them into SEC registration, abide by SEC rules, file quarterly and annual 10Q's and other mandatory filings. This will do more for the companies and stockholders than anything, except more sales.

3. They need to start coming clean with better "What's New" web-pages for USSE. SSTP web-site has been neglected since March 15, 2007. Either bring it up to date, or delete it. As a Division of USSE, they could easily have a separate web-link from the USSE web-site.

4. I hate to write it, but they need to get this litigation out of the way and go forward. The only ones that should be occupied with litigation (civil, criminal, SEC, et al) are those named in the various lawsuits. The remainder of the employees should be doing work. Hire other managers if JR and others named in lawsuits can't do their management. A few good engineers with the right backgrounds would help too.

5. They really need to stop missing the opportunities.
(a) Mississippi grant money
(b) Federal grant money
(c) Soon coming, Federal loan guarantees and other incentives to expand Biofuel production capabilities and capacities.

** If they keep sitting on their thumbs with E-BioDiesel they could miss out on the $15 Billion per year US market for the fuel. I think they have a premier product in OD-66, and that can be used for optimization and customization per individual state blending requirements, temperatures, altitudes, etc.
