That date is in reference to the last annual report the company filed, which is now late. You know better than that, don't appear so desperate.
Common sense would tell us since the Florida Department of State website is pretty much up to date, the active status as well as no ammendments in some time, there have been no changes in control. Anyone questioning that is free to call them directly.
