When it is filed for 2007 and if it shows Ed Hayter as the President, then there's an issue.

As far as it being late, well they shold get off their rear ends and file it. But it's not like it's atypical for the annual report to be late.

Of course, if they file it tomorrow, many will say, "See they read the boards."

If the PRSU has nothing to do with Ed, they would provide a link with current filings and be done with it...instead all they say is they will explain sometime in the future~ how convenient....they push the b.s to the limit.....and wont commit to a date.....
