57tbird, do you really have something going that will turn Lanza out to pasture and allow competitive bidding FOR ALL OUTSOURCED ACTIVITY.

Some people should know when to hold them and some should no when it is time to fold them. It appears to me that time to fold them has come for the BDGR Chairman and any other capacity that he and/or family members may be directly or indirectly involved with.

If 10% of what I now believe about JL is true and he does not want to return to the stripped suit (black and white)/attire, he should: stop any further dilution, retire at no cost to anyone except himself, thousands upon thousands of shares, step a side in any and all capacities with BDGR and ENSURE any $s that flowed elsewhere (not to other non-family shareholders) ARE RETURNED to the OTHER BDGR shareholders.

There are people in Congress (not included in your -57tbird- previous posts)that LOVE TO get their council/comm/etc. involved with activities like JL maybe doing. They also have friends in the DOJ, SEC, IRS that love to "play the unannounced visit game".

Most of the time those visits could convince a person that is possibly shaddy or worse to come out into the SUNSHINE.

Joe L it may appear the walls could close in. Pack up, give us what you owe us TOTALLY and move on!

Thanks for the nomination tbird but why does it feel like I've just been demoted :-)

We still need an Investor Relations person, someone really adept at communicating and possessing great people skills (perhaps this is already part of Lou's repertoire).

I'm not sure that I could work with Lou. I think we'd have too much freaking fun.
