I guess that means that, once and for all SLJB shares are essentially worthless. Not really a suprise but it would have been nice to see some $ recovered. Devries is not a newbee i expected all the $ to be long gone offshore. I hope we see some criminal charges by the RCMP and FBI soon.

Thats funny!The lawyers dropped the case because The attorneys did not feel there were sufficient reachable assets among the defendants to justify their risk of advancing a substantial amount of money in costs to prosecute this case across international borders??

What about Judge Roy Pearson who claimed that Custom Cleaners lost his pants two years ago, and he was mad about that and about the signs posted in the store guaranteeing customer satisfaction.He sued them for $54 million!!!
