How do you have any proof "(the principals and hangers-on at the company)" were selling anything?

If you are going to make the accusation that insiders have been selling shares, it’s up to you to provide that proof to the board. Otherwise anything you say has no credibility what so ever. Please do your DD and provide us with a Form 4 of these completed transactions.
