I truely believe by august 22 this thing will jump, and there will be no illegal shorting to bring this back down after august 15 SEC new ruling on naked shorting. But vol has to continue at this rate or higher and a pr needs to be out on a deal or massive share reduction or something. s##t just say Hi.

Most pump and dump runs are based on BS pr's which amount to nothing.
