shadow, it is not material information, the public TRRC report showed the increase. I called to find out if it was a spike or an anomoly, and was told 'no'. I asked how was they able to get that kind of increase, and they said they were "using a new recovery technique" which they will tell anyone that asks.
I then asked what was this "new recovery technique", they said they could 'not' tell me that, but in the near future they would PR that information and talk about the increased production we will be seeing in the 193 PRI well program.
