Hello. Biophangertie.. Someone I know and trust told me CB felt the leases alone with what they know about them are worth 40 million..

Even if that was ture. Banks may not loan money against them.

Borrowing money from a bank will not take care of the underlying problem and that is the Float at 500 million shares is to Big.

We need to reduce the float.. With fewer shares in the float EPS will be higher.. It's the only way to get the PPS high enough to make a move to another exchange where some real money likes to buy growth stocks..

Most all agree or did agree at one time AMEP has some real potential with 7,000 acres under lease..

With 500 million shares in the float we are doomed forever to be stuck on the OTCBB Market.

With a reduced float we just might have a chance to move to another exchange..

My shares get get 25/1 yet the PPS goes up by 25 times.. So in all reality I still will have the same $$ before or after the R/S takes place.

Many are just assuming that the PPS will only go down after a R/S and in most cases with OTCBB Stocks that is ture.

Why Because most R/S are being done for the wrong reasons..

I happen to feel if this R/S passes and the float get reduced we will have a chance to see some good news that shows some real forward looking potential..

It's not going to happen overnight. It will take a few quarters of good numbers.. But if my call is correct the PPS will react in a very positive manner with a reduced float..

I have to feel who ever is offering to give CB $5 million in Private Placement funds has to see some value down the road..

Again everyone has his or her own thoughts and opinion on this. I do know this.. With the constant daily bashing and trashing of CB and AMEP in general the PPS will never be able to recover.

I remember a few months ago I asked everyone who are you going to sell your shares to. > I am sure some do remember me aking that question..

We are going to need new buyers not a bunch of shareholders just waiting to sell on the next spike or PR so they can turn around after they sold and try to bash the Stock back down..

Just think about what all of you have done to hurt the PPS will all the negativity on this board.. Any new investor even remotly finding out about AMEP would just turn around and more than likely walk away.

We are going to need a whole new group of shareholders in the future for this to really become something..

Shareholders who understand how the Markets really work in regards to Out standing shares in the float. How EPS and PE are factored into a stocks PPS..

So many are so ignorant to what it really takes to move forward..We need a smaller float plain and simple. It's the only way to attract some more serious minded investors.
