Well let's see...Dumas was COB and Klein a director during the salad days of Centerline. I'm not suggesting they have been deposed, merely asking if anyone knows if they have been.

Logic, common sense, reason all say that if they haven't been deposed yet they will be at some point in the future.

It is possible that if they have not sat at a table to answer questions under oath they may have had a preliminary set of questions submitted to them on paper and it would depend on the quality of and completeness of their response, and being able to verify what they submitted, as to whether and how soon an official, under oath, deposition would be scheduled.

It stands to reason that all officers in position during the time span being investigated will be interviewed/deposed at some point.

Also, contrary to many postings on this board that every manager/supervisor managed to dupe Huffythegenius CEO, that his defense of "Oh, I was stupid and uninformed and they lied to me over a period of 3 to 4 years" will not fly.
