I think there more to this case then we actaully know from what we read. Jim/James Pugh or whatever went from one bad deal to a company that may end up another pump and dump.
If it clears him then great for him, still doesnt show anything for me as an investor in his current company that is currently hiding , not replying to emails or phone calls. O yes you can chat with a female who answers the phone, but has anybody been able to get any farther than that and actually chat with a CEO of this company and what is going on? If so please share your findings?
