Remember that deep prospects will only apply if Dragon has those rights, and if the Gemini deal is any indication, they won't have those on other leases.
Even if they do, and those leases are loaded up with overrides, then the NRI won't be attractive for farm-out or sub-lease, and that's added to the implied higher costs of doing those deals when title problems are thorny, ie, smaller plots, etc.
Put another way, I have serious doubts that they could sell much of anything they've bought, at least based on what I know so far. Net revenue too low, leases too scattered out, rights restricted as to depth, liability issues. Just IMHO.
