The big question everyone should be asking is Why Kelmer is gone?

How about this for a theory . Usse is exposed to Stanton , right? The divvy back in ?? of 1 sstp for each held usse share got switched to a divvy of 1 usse share instead . Stanton was due somewhere around 225 mil shares ( since , I believe, retired to "the treasury" - not given to Stanton ) . Suppose there is overwhelming evidence that Stanton is entitled to his usse shares . There are also the other lawsuits/ legal proceedings - I am assuming against usse not sstp . I am pretty sure there is much less crossover value due Stanton via sstp . And obviously fewer legal issues ( if any - Didn't check ) . Would it be possible to dissolve usse and move all operations to sstp and proceed from there - basically leaving / liquidating usse and forming one company ?? Just a little flash came across my brain today when the two weren't moving together - sstp 36% more than usse seems a bit large compared to past performance of the two stocks . I'm not sure what percentage of sstp is owned by usse or what percentage would be due usse based on sstp operations or performance .
Just thinking "out loud" Ha HA
