Exactly right because as I understand it if shares are used to fund acquisitions/growth prospects that immediately return revenues, the financing becomes accretive not dilutive. GLTY

overtheedge- you nail it down in your post. It doesn’t even matter if the OS increases moving forward as long as the increase grows revenues and profits accordingly. At this stage of the game for MCCY I believe the market will show next week how impressed it is in what MCCY has accomplished in their business and the share structure they have maintained to date. Lets face it the OS is lower than anyone thought. Many were skeptical thinking since there was no TA to call it could be much higher. They gave us a impressively pleasant surprise.
If they truly have no debt to little debt, their margins are as touted and their revenue projections are accurate.
We are in for one heck of a ride!
