#35506 RE: maki #35505

"even if we dont know what this will mean for US pink sheet nwog sh-holders "(maki)

that was what i asked throughougt the last CC (how will the pinkies be treated during a listing on another exchange). the company representative replied to that particular question:
the shares will be added.

maybe you can interpret it like this:
-the pinkie-shares (or then converted pinkies) will be just added to the future exchange (?)

or
-will the current shares be added to a second public offering(?)

lets see how they do it.

According to the newspaper this morning, the stop sign next to the pinksheets lisitng means "No information. Companies that can't or are unwilling to provide financials will be marked with a stop sign." Other designations are "check mark - compamies provide current information (full financial statements); yield sign - limited information (late in providing financials); skull and cross bones - caveat emptor - companies promote their stock using email campaigns or engage in other questionable behavior.

The fact that we have the stop sign serves as a warning to investors. They've got to change that.
