According to the newspaper this morning, the stop sign next to the pinksheets lisitng means "No information. Companies that can't or are unwilling to provide financials will be marked with a stop sign." Other designations are "check mark - compamies provide current information (full financial statements); yield sign - limited information (late in providing financials); skull and cross bones - caveat emptor - companies promote their stock using email campaigns or engage in other questionable behavior.

The fact that we have the stop sign serves as a warning to investors. They've got to change that.
