Why do you think it took weeks and weeks to get all the files in order and updated, so they are exactly as they are, precise!!

so now we know your dd includes posts on message boards----------again, allow me to edumacate you. I own stock in another pk where potential and developments were simply stellar. Ta was gagged and auditeds were nowhere to be found. A very savvy and articulate group of posters that even included two board moderators decided to use the stock as their personal flipping place. So they went to work- systematically. First, one of the mods posted that ungagging was coming june 15th (this was in april). Then, another of the group joined in with a mythical email from the ir dept. Then, another- who was designated their daily basher was allowed to sow doubts daily as a cover for the real agenda- getting pps down so ast to buy for another flip after the june 15th expectation would not be met (it was choreographed only. Three other "supposed" longs all lent support to the expectation that june 15th was the day all were waiting for. Of course, june 15th came and went with no news from the company. The pps of this little gem got crushed from unmet expectations that were fictional to begin with. This is a true story. The credibility of mgmt was maimed. After they bought back in, the pumping began by the same group---------and i suspect they'll creat yet another ruse to gain the volatility they seek. This is pennyland. Learn it well- or lose. Sage advice? Do your own dd and ignore these boards and their board gurus.
