The 5% of the shares have been available since the 23rd.
Some brokers allow phone orders only, to avoid short selling.
But the most important fact is that when the 'Chill' end, and all the brokers permit on-line trading in PAIM, what you are going to see is a massive Money Flow increase.
Those holding that 5% will not dump their shares below 0.0040, since they would loose a lot of money. Specially those who bought their old shares above 0.0010 and need to sell above 0.02 to break even.
I bought some shares the 20th, and sold them the 23rd, while my broker still had not frozen PAIM. They still have not noticed and accounted my short sell, yet.
The brokers have not even started covering for their clients, and that will coincide with the lift of the Chill and the increase of Money Flow.
Watch PAIM go over a penny and stay there for a while !!!
BTW: where were you when PAIM was @0.0003 to 0.0006 ? Did you miss the train ?
