Base on what? Because now it's not clear yet, the 5% remaining share still not free to trade, once it's free, all MM'S would likes to naked shorting the shares because they believes the CEO will issue more shares to funding the company's normal orperation. Why Pearl Asian Mining Industries, INC. do the 95% share mandatory buy back? that's not a real buy back. all they want is to push the pps up to a level and they won't lose anythings, but the shareholder do. When the pps up like yesterday, then the company will issue more shares to get funds. By the end, the pps will plunge and back to the bottom $0.0001 per shares.
