That's what I heard also. If true, then our downside risk is from .0004 to .0001 assuming the company survives, while the upside kind of makes you a little giddy.
That is the official response of TD Ameritrade staff. However one of the old heads there said he remembered a stock PPS of less than .0001 many years ago but couldn't remember the name. The old head said it is possible to put in a five digit bid if you can find a broker to take it. TD Ameritrade will not take a decimal then five digits order for buy or sell. The old head said if you find the right broker he can call in a five digit order such as a buy for shares of EAGM at.00058 instead of .0006. The present automated system does not permit lower than .0001 nor a point & 5-digit order. There you go...hope that answered your question. SAM.
