Do you know if shares purchased thru a U.S.A. broker can be purchased below $0.0001 ? ( I was told that the SEC has set $0.0001 as the lowest price shares can be purchased. I tried purchasing another stock for below $0.0001, and was told I could not place an order for less than $0.0001 as set by the SEC )
If so, where or how can one purchase shares below $0.0001 ???
