Astrom wanted to run this company and he wanted him to raise the a/s count to 10bn.........sound typical?.......why would he care unless he wanted to get billions of these himself to sell. This was part of it.......Not excusing Jim for he wanting to buy from Astrom, not excusing the outcome of all this.......but this Shell was dirty from the beginning. My hope is that all this will have a flip side.
As we can see what happens to the pps and what happens to volume and what happens to any company the Astroms are involved with.........No one interested in buying from them or anyone others that share their traits and tactics of ripping retail investors off. The SEC sponsors this and we all need to e-mail, write our Congressman and in addition to this Florida's Congressman who is involved in this area. This is where many of the companies we read about come out of. There is a reasons for them setting up in Florida, and where most of these businesses are operating from......Attys like Laura service. She knows the judges, their court system and how to service these scam owners. She is tight with the Astroms.
What needs to change is not only these 504's but a cap of 50k annually for S-8's and then these items better show up with the IRS. Sky is not high enough for S-8's......and these are thoroughly abused.......kinda like having and ATM send to your home, compliments of the SEC filled with investor dollars daily.
Have fun with it, this becomes so many of these BB's full time occupations, looting the company they were entrusted to be good stewards of.
