The bottom line here is IF ASStrom was going to run this company as he wanted too. You would have lost everything too. And since Jim saw what was coming. He took his assets and RAN far away from ASStrom. I can not blame him for that. Jim's passion is the company itself...and NOT the shareholders, or what ASStrom is going to do here now!

The bottom line is, Jim wanted what was best for the Surf Shop and the Magazine. And he did not consider what others thought. Just taking care of business.

The fact is, SINCE there is a BID here. The best thing to do is take the BID, and run! Because with ASStrom here, nothing good will happen. He is a well known scam artist down here in pinkieland! And some things never change!
