The only way that could be done is if there were never any sales of them to begin with and it was all just conjured up with fake trades. Otherwise, how would they take back from someone else what they had already bought? lol
I have always believed they tried to make it look like people were able to sell those ridiculous PDRs at inflated prices to lure a lot of other people to send them their stock, which they could then sell in the US market and use the proceeds to pay off the first round of PDR sellers. (in classic ponzi scheme fashion) It seems to have backfired on them though. It appears not enough people took the bait to enable them to make the pay-offs to the first tier of PDR sellers.
If it was all legit and not an attempted ponzi scheme, they would have had the money sent out as they had promised to do, imo.
