re S3...Does anyone have any opinion what todays registration implies regarding the SEC investigation? Although I have NO basis....my gut tells me that Wave would not had been able to officially register the shares until they had been cleared...any others want to give their opinion?

Jas, thanks, but in my haste I still missed it. Can you cite the numbers that add up to 4,862,532? I know, I should do it myself, but I apparently can't see the forest for the trees tonight...I simply can't find the components that represent that total.
