Yeah, over the years/decades everything has become so complicated, convoluted and obfuscated that it's impossible to keep track of all the schemes being pulled by all the players in this game.
With as much money involved as there is in this game, it pays to have people do nothing but sit around and figure out the next loophole or way to hide the truth.
Until it's simplified and made to be transparent we don't really have much hope of fixing it I guess.
