Vern.. the part of the picture that I think your missing is that if it is auctioned off for $10,000, then it is worth $10,000, not $500,000. Stick with engineering.

Vern, what never will change is your continued effort to ignore the direct questions posed to you and to respond to anything that doesn't fit with your agenda.

You have been challenged and asked a lot of questions that you ignore. For some reason people that threw Tim Huff under the bus are now credible to you and you will not explain that.

Further you post information given to you by these disgruntled ex employees as if that information was factual not taking into account their own personal agenda and yours.

Vern, you lied to us about leaving the board, you failed to get the Strat into the air, you claimed support for Tim Huff and now support people that helped destroy Tim Huff.

Vern, when are you going to admit responsibility for your part in the decline of this company?

Vern, what makes you think that it is WORTH $500,000?

That may be what they paid for it, but in no way means that's what it's worth. And was it fully depreciated? If so, no impact to financials.

And how VALUABLE is it? If Globetel is out of the business, it only has salvage value. How much? Well if it's not more than the $30,000 of owed back rent (your number, I haven't verified it), then letting someone else go through the hassle of converting it to cash is actually a very good move. But for a man who would never borrow to grow a business, "I guess big business never ceases to amaze (you)", as you stated so clearly.

It seems that you are totally consumed with the desire to spin any and everything as a negative. It's getting old Vern! And why are you still spinning here on this board? You have no honor!
